Excellent, well crafted food in a calm setting with lots of natural light. Service was excellent and they were very accommodating of our group's dietary preferences. Most of us got the sopes and they were very good. We will definitely come back.

Love this place! Nice mix of traditional American diner fare and Mexican specialties. And you can get breakfast anytime! So many choices and they're all delicious! Good for the whole family because everyone is happy. Great chicken fingers for the kiddos too!

Fantastic breakfast! This place did not disappoint for authentic Mexican food, plus so many other choices. The service was superb and friendly. The homemade salsas are to live for. We're definitely going back as soon as possible.

I have been going here ever since they opened. Now yes a disclaimer that my significant other has been working there since they opened BUT that's not the only reason I love this place. I love all the other staff because they are very caring and try to make the best experience for ALL of their customers, they treat everyone like family. It's a phenomenal atmosphere and has amazing food for really good prices with exceptionally BIG portions! Their menu ranges from breakfast ALL DAY to great authentic Mexican food even all the way down to Italian dishes and seafood! They have almost anything you can think of! You are also able to tweak whatever dishes to make them perfect for you!

Literally my favorite place in oak harbor. If you come here and dont go to joses cafe... youre missing out.. dont do that to yourself..

Delightful family run restaurant within a shopping mall. The service was great and friendly, food came out fast as well. I had the chimichanga with ground beef and the house hot sauce; ask for that specifically. It was delicious and not overly spicy, food was extremely filling as well. I would definitely recommend Noe Jose.

You can always tell when food is made from the heart. This place definitely has it. I think the staff are truly a huge part of the great experience. I'm always greatex by the owner, and he even recognizes me and my friends. First choice for a brunch stop!

Never once have I walked in to Nor Jose and felt I was not welcome. The staff is exceptionally friendly and well trained. The breakfast food is to die for and their Lunch and Dinner menu is well put together and caters to a specific style the island has needed for a while. All in all I find my self coming back here consistently and will remain a returning customer.

Stumbled into here by mistake. Place I was looking for was closed. Good food, reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive staff. Tacos are good but a bit different from what I have had elsewhere. We've gone back several times.

A great little place, had the Hawaiian burger and it was delicious. There's a lot of great looking stuff on their menu, and I definitely want to go back and try some more things

We are the forwards and we love the Ford building in Downtown Oak Harbor! That is where the Noe Jose restaurant is, and the owner's son was an excellent server and kept us laughing the whole time! His name is Jose and then they have another Jose who's a waiter they called JoseB and then they have oh my gosh a cook they call HoseC! 3 Jose's working at the Noe Jose restaurant! LOL the food was delicious and the service is always kind and quick. Definitely recommend!

Good Food. Sunday after Church and it was packed. Food tastes good. Service was good. Nothing fancy, just good food.

Delicious and made with love. Even the simple sides of rice and beans were very tasty. Arrive hungry, portions are generous. Loved my carne asada and had plenty to share. Friendly service, owners cook and even come by to say hi..

Great family owned & operated local business, always great food, with a diverse menu featuring outstanding traditional family recipe Mexican dishes as well as standard fare like, fish & chips, burgers & chowder, expansive breakfast menu with all items on their menu served all day, ample portions, reasonable prices, & excellent prompt, attentive, accurate & personable service. I've eaten there at least a dozen times & haven't had a single complaint. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I can be extra picky about a broad variety of things most people wouldn't even notice, but this place consistently gets everything right.

Was here for work. Everybody I came in contact with had a smile on their face, they were all friendly, the kitchen was clean and it smelled so good! Will be back with my family!

Found our new fav place to go have dinner in OH. We like to variety on the menu, reasonable pricing, and great service. This is truly a family restaurant.

Great atmosphere and great food. Small town feel, the host seems to know everyone, and anyone he does not know, he is super inviting and fun. Phenomenal place for a quick bit or to sit and relax.

We had a great family breakfast today, with a mix of American and Hispanic choices. Home-made tortilla and salsas were a hit with our huevos rancheros and chorizo eggs, and home made potato wedges fries were great to dip in a plate of hot beans with melted cheese. The cafe name seemed a little contrived until we learned that Jose and Noe are two brothers, partners in the business. The cafe was popular with locals and is tucked inside a little mall with small crafty shops, in a quiet old town are near the waterfront. We're very happy to have found it and will be back soon. We wanted to really like this place but found it just ok. The shrimp and rice dish had some beautiful prawns but had the same sauce as the chicken tacos and enchiladas. The beans were good but runny. The rice was generous and flavorful. The hand made tortillas were a hit. The atmosphere had no real identity of its own and kind of rundown but clean. The service was excellent but slow. Pricing was moderate. We probably won't return.

The best breakfast in Oak Harbor that we have found is in no way Jose authentic Mexican style dishes quite enough so that you can hear each other speak busy on Sunday so and after 11 it can't be short wait the staff is extremely nice and attentive also if I change my wife and I have come here we've never been disappointed in the quality of breakfast cam deformity highly recommended also we have heard that their lunches and dinners extremely good 5 out of 5 stars when you want Relaxed Dining come to no way Jose

Everything tastes fresh and well made, and staff is very friendly. Best country fried steak in town, hands down, and the french dip sandwich is a personal favorite.

Went for breakfast on a busy weekend morning. We were seated promptly and the service was very quick. The food is above average for basic breakfast food and I love the feel of the restaurant. Will definitely be back.

We were drawn by the name and thought it would be a great addition to our fun weekend. It didn’t disappoint. A mix of American and Mexican choices, there was something for everyone.
